In the summer of 2016 Gen Art’s legendary Fresh Faces in Fashion competition returned to Los Angeles. Here, they introduced five of LA’s hottest rising design stars: Bristol Studio, Elliott Evan, 32’N 118’W, Legier, and Rafa to their community of tastemakers, press and fashion industry executives.

Hosted by LA Galaxy’s top players Baggio Hušidić, A. J. DeLaGarza and Brian Rowe, the evening included “snakes slithering across chunky signet rings, models clad in vegan shoes see-sawing on a patch of fake grass and a runway show that includes skeleton-shaped knapsacks” and installations that breathed… not to mention food trucks and a concert by up and comers Farrow.

And for the two of us, well there was no better introduction.
